注意鹿茸菇🍄泡發技巧
1、先用清水將蘑菇表面沖洗乾淨，讓沙沉底。
2、注意不能捏擠，捏擠不但會使香味、營養大量流失，而且砂土被擠入蘑菇的菌褶中，反而難以洗淨。
3、大冬菇、鮑魚螺提前2小時浸泡，淮山紅棗清洗後備用
